We are a united team from diverse backgrounds, united by the same ambition: to create innovation that makes a real difference. After four years of work, we developed DeDNA³ (Decentralized Data Nexus Agents for Web3), a technology designed to reinvent data sovereignty, cybersecurity, and interoperability.
This is how it all began : motivated professionals combining their skills to design a new IT infrastructure that is both robust and scalable.
Our ambition: to enable the emergence of a relational Web3, built on a trusted and resilient Internet, capable of supporting smart cities and sovereign large scale systems going far beyond the limits of traditional blockchain.

Our story
2018 — First insights
William Famy identifies critical flaws in early blockchain exchange systems: weak security, high costs, low services, poor interoperability, immutable registries, divergent incremental architectures… and centralized data.
2021 — Incubation begins
At the Belle de Mai incubator in Marseille, William joins forces with Jérome Joussen (ex-Traxens). With Suzy Goi, they define a solution to make Web3 truly viable: an Internet Relationnel Souverain (IRS).
2022 — POC & creation
In May, a successful lab POC proves the technology. On June 17th, OVOCHAIN SAS is officially founded. By September, the company is labeled “Deeptech” by BPI France, and first developers team is hired.
2023 — Beta & Trust Place focus
In November, OVOCHAIN delivers its BETA operational demonstrator, and starts collaborations with CEA List and IRIT Toulouse, while joining the OVHcloud Startup Program. R&D is oriented towards the creation of the first Trust Place.
2024 — Towards DeFi
September: creation of DEMETER NEXUS, specialized in decentralized finance solutions (DeFi). Albert Satre leads the buisness of the first Trust Place and launches its first market : Real Estate.
2025 – Fundraising & partnerships
September : launch of fundraising and formalization of the first partnerships in real estate fund tokenization. The first operation is planned for January 2026, based on an innovative new model.
